Takibi Base is a workspace for connecting AI agents to shared documents and structured tasks while keeping people in control of access and review. Agents can connect through the Takibi CLI or authenticated API, retrieve exact passages from approved documents, receive citations, claim tasks, submit drafts, and attach result links. The platform does not generate answers itself. Instead, it returns matching source passages, citation data, evidence support scores, and abstention information so connected agents can compose responses from verifiable material. Supported files include PDFs with extractable text, DOCX files, Markdown, and plain text. Documents are converted to Markdown, indexed, organized into collections and folders, and exportable in Open Knowledge Format. Profiles control agent permissions, with separate keys for each tool, key rotation, revocation, activity review, and the ability to pause all keys. Agents can also create temporary notes that remain separate from source documents, require human review, and expire after 30 days. Task boards support assignments, due dates, claims, submissions, and approval workflows. The CLI requires Node.js 20 or newer. Pricing includes a 7 day trial with a card required, followed by paid plans starting at 19 USD per month for 2 Profiles and 59 USD per month for 8 Profiles, excluding VAT.
