Hilite also provides AI transcription that identifies speakers supports accents adds punctuation and recognizes uncommon words. The platform includes transcript based editing which lets users edit audio by deleting text instead of working only with a waveform. A simplified waveform editor is available for more precise adjustments. Additional tools include AI generated show notes analytics version history collaboration support templates scripts and audio publishing. Hilite can create and maintain an RSS feed and distribute episodes to more than 10 platforms including Spotify Apple Podcasts iHeartRadio Pocket Casts and Audible. The free plan supports one episode up to 30 minutes. The Pro plan costs 19 dollars per month and supports 10 episodes and 4 hours of audio monthly. The Business plan costs 49 dollars per month and includes unlimited episodes with 20 hours of audio monthly. Hilite states that audio processing can take about five seconds and that users can reduce editing time for a 30 minute episode from one to two hours to about one hour.
