Chat.sh is a customer support platform designed to let artificial intelligence answer customer questions before human agents become involved. It creates a help center from company documentation and can host that content on a custom domain or within a folder such as yoursite.com/help. Customers can search articles or ask questions in natural language and receive answers linked to the relevant source page. The platform also provides an application chat messenger that can be added with one tag and uses the help center as its knowledge source. When the AI cannot answer a question the conversation is routed to a shared inbox where support staff can respond through the platform or through email applications such as Gmail and Outlook. Team responses can be rewritten for clearer warmer shorter or more customer friendly wording and can match the language used by the customer. Unanswered questions are identified as content gaps and can be converted into new help articles. Chat.sh supports MCP connections for tools including Cursor Claude Code and ChatGPT allowing AI agents to inspect code answer support requests and draft articles with approval controls. It can import articles images and videos from Intercom Help Scout and Notion while preserving redirects. The free plan includes 50 pages and 100 AI answers per month without requiring a credit card. Paid access is presented as a one time purchase with 1000 or 5000 AI credits per month and no subscription renewals.
